Workday Finance Lead - Contract inside IR24 - UK - 6 months+ - hybrid

The Role:

• Leading client facing Workday Finance projects, from design through to deployment
• You'll be the main subject matter expert on the workstream (either R2R or P2P), usually as part of a large scale Workday Financials implementation for clients across industries.

What you'll need

• You'll need to be experienced in Workday Finance, ideally having seen through the full project life cycle more than once, either in consulting or industry.
• A Finance mindset - accounting qualifications are certainly beneficial, a big part of your role is seeing this through the eyes of the CFO and finance function. You need to speak their language.
• Strong experience in leading either R2R implementations and enhancements (General Ledger, Consolidation, Reporting) or P2P processes (Procurement, Expenses, Supplier Accounts).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
