Location: Flexible Full-Time Hybrid/Remote Options AvailableWe've successfully rolled out multiple Workday modules over the past two years, and now we're entering an exciting new phase of our transformation journey. As we implement Workday Payroll and Absence Management , we're looking for talented Change Lead to help shape how our people experience transformation and ensure successful adoption across the organisation.This is a 9 month fixed-term contract to start - but we're a long-term team to support change initiatives across our organisation, so there's real potential for extension or permanent opportunities. What You'll Be Doing: As our Change Lead , you'll be at the heart of our transformation journey, ensuring that our people are informed, engaged, and ready for change. You'll work closely with our implementation partners, internal stakeholders, and local HR teams to deliver a seamless change experience.Your key responsibilities will include: Working with our implementation partner to develop and execute the change management plan Liaising with the Change Agent Network and local HR teams to drive engagement Conducting change impact assessments Supporting training and communications planning and delivery Monitoring adoption and readiness metrics to ensure successful outcomes What You'll Bring: We're looking for a confident and empathetic change leader with a strong background in HRIS transformation and stakeholder engagement.You'll need: Proven experience in change management for Workday HRIS or ERP projects Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change management frameworks The ability to manage resistance and drive adoption across diverse teams A proactive, people-focused approach to delivering change Lead with Purpose: Help shape how our people experience and embrace change. Role Summary The Change Lead drives the change management strategy, ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful adoption of Workday. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the change plan in collaboration with KPMG. Liaise with the Change Agent Network and local HR teams. Conduct change impact assessments and engagement surveys. Support training and communications planning. Monitor adoption and readiness metrics. Skills & Experience Proven experience in change management for HRIS projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Familiarity with ADKAR or similar change frameworks.
