Job Description
A leading Financial Services firm is looking to appoint a Workday Adaptive Modeller to provide continuous improvement and maintenance of the complex Workday Adaptive solution. You will provide technical support for BAU activities, maintain and update modelling solutions, assisting Super Users with data mappings, integrations, and system maintenance, and performing system health checks. Additionally, you will facilitate the development of the product roadmap, collaborating with the platform architecture team to develop and release end-user requirements, and providing technical expertise for system enhancements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:- Have at least 2 years of experience with Workday Adaptive
- Have a good understanding of common financial reports and accounting principles.
- Have the ability and attitude to act agile, feel comfortable within a fast-paced environment, are willing to roll-up your sleeves, learn fast and take responsibility from day one
- Have a proven track record in complex FP&A System Development and Administration of Adaptive Planning
- Have experience in using an EPM tool from an end-user perspective.
- Experienced in gathering of requirements and the estimation of effort to deliver those requirements
- Have a strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Be Workday Adaptive Platform certified
- Certified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or Part Qualified Accountant with industry experience
