Work Supervisor

Work Supervisor needed in Lewisham, £27.75ph PAYE - Reference: OR10889

The Housing Needs Service is seeking a Void Coordinator to oversee and manage temporary accommodation voids.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

1. Contract manage contractors to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.
2. Ensure voids are turned around quickly.
3. Reduce void backlog.
4. Draft Statements of Work (SoW) using the relevant Scope of Works (SoR) codes.
5. Act as a point of contact between different departments.
6. Have excellent IT skills for presentations.

This is a full-time role on a temporary basis.
