Hours18 Hours per week. Permanent. Part-Time. Term Time Only. (plus two weeks)

The RoleYou will liaise with organisations to identify and secure work experience opportunities for students; you will also work closely with curriculum teams and managers to facilitate a well planned work experience programme. As part of your role, you will manage administrative tasks and ensure work placements are recorded. You should be able to multitask, be organised and have strong attention to detail.
About youIf you are passionate about building employability skills in learners, eager to share your knowledge, skills and experience, we want you to join us. You should be an organised, methodical administrator who enjoys researching and approaching businesses, and promoting opportunities to learners. A proven track record of success in the employability, recruitment or work experience field (or similar) and strong business development skills are essential. You must be able to liaise effectively with employers and other agencies, identify learners' knowledge and skills and coach and support them to secure quality placements.
QualificationsTo be successful you must have Maths and English at Level 2 or equivalent and a proven history of success in the employability or work experience sector. Previous experience of identifying learner skill gaps, coaching and supporting learners to secure quality work placements is also required.
