Work Experience Adviser - PT

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Work Experience Adviser to support and co-ordinate work experience and industry placement activity at Strode College and if required across all UCS College Group campuses.

The successful candidate will be student-focused, ensuring that every learner accesses high-quality, meaningful work experience that supports their achievement, personal development, and future career aspirations.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with employers, working collaboratively with curriculum teams and external partners to provide a wide range of suitable opportunities. With excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, you will ensure all administrative and compliance processes including health and safety checks are completed effectively and on time.

This position is part time working 15 hrs pw.

Salary - £10,077 per annum Actual, £24,858 per annum FTE.
