Woodwork Team Leader

We are looking for a friendly, adaptable, committed and experienced member of staff to join our Creative Enterprise Team at The Lodge Trust.

• Work with residents and the team to produce quality products for sale
• Practical support for the Creative Enterprise manager on-site projects
• Manage the work team of people with learning disabilities to fulfill their potential
• Support residents on outings and other activities
• Support Lodge Trust events such as Sale days and Families day

Hours

Full-time - 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm)

Depending on experience

In addition to making a real difference to people's lives: 20 days' annual leave; learning and development opportunities; pension contributions (4% employer plus 5% employee); Country Park set in ten acres of meadowland with Café and Outdoor Gym.
