Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has come up for a womenswear shape designer to join a retailer based in London. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to move from supply-side into a head office.

Responsibilities

• Design womenswear multi-product apparel across woven and jersey.
• Conduct trend and market research, including shapes, print techniques and fabrications.
• Work closely with product developers until final garment is completed.
• Produce digital technical packs and collaborate with international suppliers.

Qualifications

• Commercial high street portfolio.
• Previous design experience, with a strong understanding of shape and prints.
• General fabric knowledge.
