Women's Academy Talent ID Lead

Arsenal is seeking an Academy Talent ID Coordinator to support and deliver the aims of the Women's Academy Talent Identification department. You will manage the Talent ID programme, coordinate scouting activities, and ensure the identification of talented female players. We seek someone with a football background, excellent communication, and organizational skills who is committed to diversity and inclusion. This role requires flexible hours and engagement with stakeholders at various levels.
