Job Description

Wolfson College, Cambridge are looking for a W3 coach in preparation for May Bumps next term.

Role Requirements

The candidate will need to have coaching experience, preferably with crews of mixed ability.
They will be willing to take 'ownership' over the crew with tailored coaching and feedback for individuals to improve.
This position will only go ahead if we have enough rowers at the beginning of term, so an acceptance of uncertainty is necessary.
3 outings per week, 2 land sessions per term
