Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Discrete WMS Functional Product Expert to provide expertise and support for the deployment, optimization, and ongoing management of the warehouse management systems (WMS). As a member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Blue Yonder WMS solutions meet the needs of clients, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering exceptional product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation teams with all tasks related to customer implementation projects within the IT/WMS policies. These include (but are not limited to) tuning requirements, configuration of BYWMS, drafting specifications for developments (interfaces, labels, and forms), testing solutions, training key users, Go-Live migration tasks, and resolution of incidents (troubleshooting).

• Participate in design sessions with the customer and other disciplines such as logistics engineers, operations, others, to capture requirements and provide a detailed WMS solution design.

• Support similar business projects such as process improvements and (customer) change requests.

• Collect wishes from business stakeholders and drive implementation project teams to develop deliverable, SMART requirements within project timelines. Document the development specifications for business integrations (interfaces) with customers, forms, and labels. Challenge stakeholders to get approvals for requirements and development specifications.

• Provide solutions within the configuration possibilities of BY WMS andchallenge stakeholders to accept configurable solutions. If not possible (or significantly inefficient), define developments for extensions in consultation with other WMS experts (Solution Architects and Design Authority).

• Ensure solutions maximize the available WMS solution standards and advocate for configurable solutions.

• Within your expertise team of WMS consultants, provide guidance and support to junior employees (if applicable)

• • Act as second-line support for incidents and change requests.

Qualifications:

• 1 year minimum experience working with Blue Yonder WMS solutions, with a deep understanding of its configuration, and features.
• Proven track record in implementing, optimizing, and supporting WMS software in complex environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and offer strategic solutions.
• Experience in warehouse operations and supply chain management.
• English/Spanish speaking

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Blue Yonder WMS.
• Experience with system integrations and data migration for warehouse management solutions.
• Worked on BY 2023 WMS rollouts
