Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation and commissioning of wireless mesh and TETRA-based systems
• Support programming and validation of mesh units and IoT devices
• Carry out site installations including mounting, cabling, and system setup
• Work alongside senior engineers on national and regional projects
• Gain exposure to major projects including prison comms and IoT deployments

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Aptitude and enthusiasm to learn new technologies
• Basic knowledge of wireless and IP networking
• Practical ability to carry out installation work (e.g. tools, mounting, cabling)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to radio systems (TETRA, DMR, Hytera, Motorola, Icom etc.)
• Previous installation or commissioning experience in telecoms or IoT
