Winter Gritting Operator - Outdoor Role, Full Licence

Mitie Landscapes has a Gritting Operative vacancy to support winter services across Lincolnshire, including Lincoln, Grimsby, Skegness and surrounding towns. You will report to the Contracts Manager, operate a gritting hopper, and ensure salt is distributed safely across multiple sites during the winter period.

Applicants must hold a Full UK Driving License, be comfortable working outdoors, and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic role.
