Wine Store Manager: Customer Experience & Growth

Store is seeking a Store Manager for Killyleagh to lead daily store operations, drive sales and ensure excellent service. You will supervise Sales Advisors, manage stock and budgets, and implement company policies across shifts.

The role requires a proven customer-focused mindset, strong communication, team leadership, and a valid driving license, with flexibility to work Friday/Saturday shifts. WSET qualifications are highly valued.
