Job Description
Majestic Wine Oxford Summertown is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, leading the team, and delivering a first-class customer experience. You will optimise KPI performance, mentor junior staff, and manage tastings and product knowledge, while ensuring store standards, compliance, and on-going training.
The role requires a full UK driving licence, willingness to work evenings and weekends, and a passion for wine that comes alive in a hospitality
