Job Description
Majestic Wine Group in South Wales is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager for a 12 month development programme to build operational, service and leadership skills. You will follow a structured career pathway with your Store Manager, gaining hands on experience to prepare for a future Majestic Store Manager role.
This permanent role requires 44 hours per week including weekends, a full UK manual driving licence, and flexibility to travel to Cardiff, Cardiff Bay and Swansea as needed.
