Majestic Wine in Oxford is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager to embark on a 12-month development programme that builds a detailed understanding of operational, service and leadership standards needed to become a future Majestic Store Manager.

You will work with the Store Manager on a structured career pathway, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, driving sales, managing stock and tastings, and developing wine knowledge while progressing through the company's training schemes.
