Job Description

Majestic Wine in Banbury is seeking a dynamic Trainee Manager to join a 12-month development programme designed to build capabilities across operations, service and leadership. You will work with the Store Manager to set up for future store management success.

You will drive performance, deliver outstanding customer service and grow the business through loyalty and tastings, while developing wine knowledge to support WSET qualifications and career progression.
