Wine Order & Customer Support Coordinator

Historicwinemerchant is seeking a Customer Order Coordinator to join our office-based team in Central London. You will manage customer orders, handle queries, and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing.

The role requires experience in customer order management and AX, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-focused approach. Standard hours are 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with an ASAP start.
