Wind Energy Project Manager - O&M Division - Madrid

A Wind Energy Project Manager is required by one of our clients to join their O&M division based in Madrid, Spain. This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary between €40,000 and €45,000 per annum, with a start date ASAP.

You will be responsible for leading wind energy projects from construction through to operations and maintenance, managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. The role will also involve coordinating internal teams and external partners, overseeing in-house procurement for the O&M department, and preparing key project documentation such as RAMS, daily reports, and progress updates.

Requirements:

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish
• 5+ years' experience in project management and construction, ideally within the wind or energy sector
• Experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Strong background in client relationship management and cross-functional collaboration
