An exciting opportunity for an Experienced Wholesale Merchandiser, working across the USA market for a fast fashion brand.

• Working in a team of 3 other merchandisers and the merchandising manager.
• Focusing on merchandising our USA export business to major customers.
• Helping to manage the critical path to ensure key deadlines are met from order to delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail accounts after orders are confirmed.
• Communicate daily with factories to track orders and gather updates.
• Partner with the technical team to meet sealing and delivery deadlines, ensuring testing procedures and compliance meet each customer standard.
• Communicate with internal and customer logistics teams to ensure freight is booked.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems and critical path software.
• Liaise with sales agents to ensure customer requirements are met and timelines are realistic.
• Input and update data related to orders, delivery timelines, and production statuses.
• Produce weekly status and KPI reports and liaise with internal departments to support smooth workflow.
• Attend internal and customer meetings as required, providing updates and taking action.

• Have experience with USA markets
• Must have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Keen interest in fashion.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Fully computer literate including Excel and Outlook.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
