We are looking for experienced engineers who take pride in their work and thrive in customer-focused environments. This role is ideal for those who enjoy the challenge of fault-finding and diagnosing issues while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes for our clients
Deliver excellent technical and customer service skills
Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to the company's best practices at all times
Work on a variety of appliances, including:
Washing machines
Tumble dryers
Cookers
Hobs
Fridge freezers

Requirements:
Gas Safe certification (advantageous but not essential)

Physically capable of handling appliances safely and effectively
Ability to work well under pressure
