White Collar M&E Permanent Consultant - 30% Commission (NO THRESHOLD) - 25 Days Holiday

Leading brand name in the supply of permanent and freelance personnel to the M&E sector is seeking an experienced White Collar M&E Permanent Consultant to complement a team of seasoned recruitment professionals supplying personnel to the M&E/Construction sector.

An outstanding opportunity, the role offers an abundance of national PSL agreements, existing clients & leads (Kier and Vinci amongst others) to develop a thriving business without regional restrictions.

The position would suit an experienced self-managing consultant that is seeking the autonomy to make their own business decisions in a mature working environment without restrictive KPIs.

Salary to £38,000K (DOE) + step down commission structure that pays up to 30% of the total amount billed from the 1st £ billed + 25 days holiday + flexible working hours
