Responsibilities in your new role as Whisky Bar Supervisor

As the Whisky Bar Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Bar Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distinguished whisky outlet. You will confidently supervise and inspire your team, providing clear instructions and fostering a collaborative environment to uphold our high standards of service. Your leadership will be key in driving operational excellence and delivering memorable guest experiences, while also effectively liaising with the wider Food & Beverage and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for an individual with an undeniable passion for whisky and an in-depth knowledge of spirits; this is absolutely essential for the role. While a WSET qualification is highly advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. You will bring a proven track record of success working in high-volume hospitality venues, demonstrating your ability to thrive under pressure.
