Wildlife Film Network Group at Martin Mere near Ormskirk, Lancashire, invites applications for a permanent, full-time site leader. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and deliver financial, visitor engagement, and conservation objectives within the organisation's framework.

Reporting to central operations, you will manage a team of 35 staff and 180 volunteers, shaping the site's strategy and contributing to the Wetlands are the way 2030 plan.
