Wetland Reserve Site Manager - Lead Conservation & Visitor Experience

RSPB Ham Wall is seeking an inclusive, inspiring Site Manager to lead operations at the flagship wetland reserve in the Avalon Marshes. You'll manage day to day runs, lead staff and volunteers, and work with RSPB colleagues and partners to deliver conservation excellence and outstanding visitor experiences.
