West Region Learning & Development Coach

inploi is looking for a People Development Advisor to support the Learning & Development team across the West region, including Birmingham. In this role, you will implement training solutions, enhance customer service culture, and drive internal succession through ongoing development.

The ideal candidate must have experience in training delivery and HR administration, along with excellent communication skills. A full UK driving license is required for travel to stores.
