Wellness Talent Acquisition Partner: PT & Group Exercise

Virgin Active is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People Team. You will lead end-to-end direct recruitment for Personal Trainer and Group Exercise roles, partnering with hiring managers and building strong talent pipelines to support current and future needs across clubs.

You will manage multiple roles, engage proactively with candidates, and champion the employer brand across platforms. This is a 3-month fixed-term FTC with potential to go permanent based on performance.
