Wellbeing Support Coordinator - Community Hubs

Cyngor Caerdydd/Cardiff Council is seeking a committed individual for the Wellbeing team. This role involves coordinating a customer-focused Wellbeing Support service, working with various organizations to create a holistic service. Required skills include excellent customer service, organizational ability, and experience in mentoring and report writing.
