Wellbeing Centres Operations Attendant

About the role

Ceredigion County Council is looking to appoint a 16 hour part-time WBC Operations Attendant at Lampeter Wellbeing Centre, a part of the council's lead service for delivering and developing physical activity opportunities.

Salary for this position is subject to the pending 2026/2027 national pay award and will be adjusted accordingly once agreed.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a varied Physical Activity programme, with the overall objective of contributing to an improvement in the health and wellbeing of the citizens of Ceredigion.
• Support the day to day operation of council operated facilities to ensure a quality service is provided to citizens, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Be a member of the Wellbeing Centres Service team who ensures a welcoming, efficient and effective service is provided to citizens who visit the Wellbeing Centre.
