Wellbeing & Rehabilitation Activities Lead

Priory Group seeks an Activities & Rehabilitation Support Worker at Priory Elm Park, Ardleigh near Colchester. You will deliver therapeutic and social activities to promote wellbeing, independence and daily living skills, working with a multidisciplinary team.

You will plan and run tailored activities, observe progress, maintain records, and engage with external providers to expand opportunities for service users, supporting personalised recovery and development.
