Wellbeing & Fitness Operations Lead

Westfield Health is seeking a General Manager - Fitness in Southwest London, overseeing wellbeing services and facilities across the estate. You will lead a dynamic team, promote wellbeing initiatives to employees and stakeholders, and ensure high standards of service and safety in a prestigious corporate environment.

The role combines strong operational leadership with strategic development of Active Spaces, salons, and wellbeing communities, Monday to Friday onsite, with travel as needed.
