Wellbeing & Community Adviser - Frontline Welfare Support

Northumberland County Council is recruiting two Wellbeing and Community Advisers to provide frontline advice and support to residents accessing welfare and crisis assistance services across Northumberland. You will assess circumstances, signpost to welfare, financial and community services, and manage a caseload from initial assessment through to resolution.
