Wellbeing & Activities Assistant (Bank) - Engaging Elder Care

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant to join our bank team at Sonning Gardens Care Home in Reading. You will help deliver a wide range of activities to engage residents and support their wellbeing.

You will work closely with the Wellbeing Coordinator and care staff, maintain a safe environment, report changes in residents' condition, and help with supplies and community links to enrich daily life.
