Wellbeing Access Navigator & Volunteer Coordinator

The Bridge Project invites applications for a full time Project Worker to support the Wellbeing Service in Bradford. You will act as the initial contact, conduct triage, and guide individuals to appropriate services while supporting volunteers and the Wellbeing Network.

Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and strong IT skills are essential; experience in volunteer coordination is a plus. Bradford area knowledge is preferred, with a focus on empowering community wellbeing.
