Welfare Cleaner required for a construction project.

Responsibilities

• Clean site cabins, offices, reception areas, canteen/kitchen facilities, toilets, corridors and communal areas.
• Empty bins, remove rubbish and recycle.
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces.
• Clean, sanitize and stock restrooms and kitchen areas.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors.
• Maintain cleanliness of communal toilets and washing facilities.
• Keep the drying room in general state of cleanliness.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year cleaning experience (preferred).
• Understanding of cleaning products and relevant equipment.
• Experience with mops, brushes and vacuum cleaners.
• Physical ability to lift, move equipment and handle larger waste items.
• Flexible schedule to work before, during or after site hours.
• Valid CSCS Card. If no CSCS card but suitable experience, application is still welcome.

Requirements

• Hard working and driven.
• Valid ID/Passport.
• Full PPE (hard hat, hi vis and safety boots).
