Description Who are we looking for?
  • Positive, can-do attitude - we value people who are proactive, willing to roll up their sleeves, and ready to get stuck in. Skills are important, but we can help you develop those along the way.
  • Attention to detail - you'll be expected to follow instructions carefully, work safely, and maintain high standards in everything you do. Getting things right first time is key.
  • Eager to learn and improve - no one is perfect, but we want people who are motivated to learn, take ownership of their work, and look for ways to get better every day. We love results driven team players who thrive in a busy environment.
  • Make an impact - if you're ready to be part of a team that's ambitious and hands on, and want to contribute to something meaningful, we'd love to hear from you.
Who will you work with?

Our Fabrication team has a unique culture built on continuous learning, precision, and high quality workmanship. They take pride in bringing bespoke mechanical pipe systems to life through off site manufacturing - and doing it right, every time.

If you focus on results, care about what really matters, and want to be part of a team that gets things done, you'll fit right in.

What You'll be Doing
  • Learn by doing from day one. You'll work alongside experienced Welders and Fabricators who will show you the ropes and help you build real skills.
  • You'll try, you'll fail, you'll learn in order to succeed sooner. That's how we maintain our continuous learning environment.
  • Make use of all the tools, training and support we provide, to experiment and grow.
  • You could be operating cutting or bevelling machinery, driving a forklift, kitting product, protect, wrap, strap and dispatch finished goods for example. It can be varied to ensure you gain skills.
  • Keep the materials flowing - help get everything ready, organised, and in tip top shape so the fabrication team can hit the ground running.
  • Jump in with the Fabrication and Assembly team - lend a hand wherever it's needed and help keep projects moving like clockwork.
