Welder Fabricator

The Role

As a Welding Operative, you will be responsible for producing high-quality precision components using both manual and semi-automatic welding processes. Working to detailed drawings, specifications, and quality standards, you will play a key role in maintaining the company's reputation for accuracy and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual and semi-automatic welding equipment
• Work to approved drawings, work instructions, and quality standards
• Visually inspect welds to internal, customer, and international standards
• Complete production and inspection documentation accurately
• Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Follow Health & Safety, PPE, and 5S requirements
• Communicate progress and issues effectively within the team

About You

• ARC welding and/or gas welding experience OR manufacturing experience with a desire to learn welding
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Methodical, reliable, and quality-focused
• Able to work accurately under pressure
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn and develop

Full training, including welding qualifications and assessments, will be provided.
