Job Description

Trident Recruitment is seeking an experienced Manual Turner / Centre Lathe Turner to join a precision engineering business in Rugby. The role offers a weekend shift: Friday to Sunday, 7:00am-7:00pm, with a base rate of £20 per hour plus a 25% weekend shift allowance, equating to £25 per hour overall.

You will operate manual centre lathes, set up components from drawings, and inspect parts to tight tolerances, producing one-off and small-batch precision components while maintaining high quality
