Job Description
Mears Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for tenants, handling calls about repairs, appointments and enquiries. You will also manage emails, raise jobs and coordinate with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely scheduling.
The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and clear communication in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and excellent customer service are essential.
