Weekend Care Assistant: Compassionate Elderly Care & Growth

Belong Atherton is seeking a Care Assistant to join our village community. The role involves working with a warm team to provide person-centred care to residents in households of around twelve people. Weekend shifts run 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm in a combination of blocks.

The successful candidate will help deliver a range of personal and practical care, maintain residents' dignity, and support families. A caring, reliable and flexible approach is essential.
