Job Description

The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for an experienced Wedding & Events Manager in Roscommon.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to join a well-established property known for delivering exceptional weddings, corporate functions, and special events. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and overseeing weddings and events from initial enquiry through to successful delivery, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at every stage.

The Duties
  • Manage weddings and events from enquiry stage through to completion
  • Conduct venue show-arounds and client consultations
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event details for clients
  • Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth event execution
  • Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and external vendors
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout all events
  • Manage event timelines, function sheets, and operational planning
  • Upsell hotel services and maximise event revenue opportunities
  • Handle client queries and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently
  • Attend wedding fairs, networking events, and promotional activities as required
The Must Requirements to be Considered
  • Must have experience in Hospitality
  • Must have experience in the same role or be ready to step forward in their career
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Passion for customer service and attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating weddings, events, or functions is essential
  • Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI
  • Visa and Relocation packages are not provided
The Salary & Benefits
