Digital Campaigner - Growth & Engagement

The role:

To ensure our local and national websites are excellent, acting as a first point of contact across the organisation for work involving them. Driving innovation to ensure websites communicate our success in government, while hitting their engagement and fundraising goals.

To ensure our website works hard to convert visitors into donors, supporters, and members.

To be responsible for working with colleagues across the organisation to ensure all our websites have engaging content which hits our engagement, fundraising, list growth, and income targets.

The candidate:

An experienced digital campaigner with a strong track record in online fundraising and income generation.

Experience using WordPress sites or similar content management systems; of working with CRM systems and using data to segment audiences; and collaborating across disciplines (e.g. email, ads, data) on income or growth.
