Overview

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibility will be to take ownership of each job assigned, ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, meeting appropriate service level agreements.

Specific Responsibilities

• Setting web machinery in accordance with the works' instructions, ensuring the quality of finished work and compliance with ISO, BRC and any other standards and operating procedures;
• Maintaining the machine at optimum performance to maximise efficiencies;
• Ensuring the machine is fully compliant with all Health and Safety requirements;
• Recording all information relating to the machine output correctly.

Required Experience & Skills

• Recent, relevant and proven machine minder experience - making ready and running web printing equipment;
• Ability to work under pressure while continuously improving;
• Capability to act on own initiative and adapt quickly to change;
• Understanding and carrying out instructions;
• Working well within a small team with good listening and communication skills;
• Capacity to work unsupervised with a flexible approach to working hours.
