• Providing technical support to the sales team
• Providing technical support and guidance to the site engineers and masons
• Attending technical meeting and conducting technical session including construction process guidelines with the clients
• Conducting technical training sessions for the engineers and masons
• Visit all the ongoing projects time to time to ensure proper construction process are being followed
• Train and monitor construction workers and construction laborers
• Receive all kind of technical service requests and provide day to day technical Support to the users physically
