Weather Seal Production Operator - Rotating Shifts (Henlow)

Broughton Group has an exciting opportunity for a Production Operator based in Henlow. This full-time permanent role involves running machines to produce weather seals, maintaining quality control, and adhering to health and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate will have experience with hand, air, and power tools, along with excellent time management and communication skills. The role requires lifting up to 20Kg and working rotating shifts.
