Wealth Team Manager - Virtual Coaching & Growth

Vancity is seeking a Team Manager for the Wealth Advice Team to lead a group of Wealth Planners delivering holistic financial planning and investment guidance to members. The role combines virtual/phone-based service with on-site collaboration, reporting to the Regional Manager, Wealth Solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in wealth management, at least 2 years of leadership, and strong coaching skills. CFP/CIM or equivalent is preferred; licensing and compliance are essential.
