Position: Wealth and Asset Management - Corporate Tax Associate Director

Location: London

Team: Financial Services Tax, specializing in Wealth and Asset Management

Our team provides tax advisory, transactional, and compliance services to clients across the Wealth and Asset Management sector, including asset managers, financial institutions, funds, pension funds, and global investors. We focus on technical excellence combined with a commercial approach to build trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical tax advice to UK and international asset managers and funds, including structuring support
• Lead and manage advisory projects, transactions, and compliance activities
• Oversee tax provisions and reporting obligations
• Develop and maintain a diverse client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service
• Collaborate with internal teams and international networks to identify new opportunities
• Contribute to business development efforts through relationship management and pitching
• Mentor and train junior team members
• Adhere to risk management and quality procedures

Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications: Professional qualification (CTA / ACA / ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing client portfolios.

Preferred Skills: Strong tax technical skills, experience in corporate tax compliance, project leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with relevant software tools.
