This is an excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturing business working within a skilled production team. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality components in a

precision-focused manufacturing environment, carrying out detailed manual work with small and intricate parts.

Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous

manufacturing, production or assembly experience who are looking to develop their skills within the aerospace sector.

What We Offer

£15.93 per hour, plus overtime opportunities.

• Monday to Friday working.
• Rotating shifts:

6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

• Temporary to permanent opportunity.
• Full training provided.

Key Duties

• Work with

small, intricate components in a precision-focused manufacturing environment.

• Carry out detailed manual production tasks using hand tools.
• Handle components carefully to maintain quality standards.
• Follow manufacturing processes and work instructions accurately.
• Complete quality checks to ensure components meet required standards.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety.
• Keep the working area clean, organised and compliant with site requirements.
• Work effectively as part of a skilled production team.

Requirements

• Strong

attention to detail and a careful approach to work.

• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components accurately.
• Comfortable carrying out detailed manual tasks for extended periods.
• Good basic English skills, with the ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous

manufacturing, production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Willingness to learn and complete full training.
