Waterski & Wakeboard Operations Lead

Neilson Active Holidays Limited is seeking a Waterski & Wakeboard Manager to lead the operation at one of its Beach Club destinations. You'll manage your team, keep the boats moving and ensure guests have an unforgettable time on the water.

This hands-on management role requires you to motivate and develop instructors, maintain high standards of instruction, boat handling, safety and guest service, and run the day from start to finish.
